Refund policy

We hope you love your purchase! However, we understand that sometimes online orders may not work out.

Junly Collective accepts returns of full-priced items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unaltered, and free of defects. No exceptions. 

Exchanges are subject to availability and must follow the same return guidelines.

All returns must be initiated by contacting contact@shopjunly.com or filling out our "contact us" page with details about your return. Returns and exchanges must be approved by our team prior to shipping. Unapproved returns may be denied and sent back at the customer’s expense.


Condition Requirements

Returned items must:

  • Be free of excessive human or animal hair
  • Be free of smoke or strong odors
  • Have no makeup marks or stains
  • Be returned in the same condition it was sent

Items that do not meet these standards may be denied or receive partial refund.


Incorrect or Damaged Orders

If you received an incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery so we can correct the issue or issue a refund. 

Defective Items:
Please email contact@shopjunly.com within 14 days of delivery with photos of the defect. 

We are not responsible for damage caused by improper care, handling, or incorrect sizing. Color variations due to lighting, photography, or monitor settings do not qualify as defects.


Final Sale Items

All items marked "Final Sale" are final and do not qualify for return.


Return Shipping

  • Free returns
  • Multiple return orders may be combined into one package
  • Returns must be shipped within 7 days of the label being issued
  • Late returns are subject to a $10 restocking fee

Packaging Requirements

Returns must be shipped in original packaging or USPS-approved sizes:

  • 10×13 or 14×19 poly mailers
  • Boxes must not exceed 12″ wide x 12″ tall

Shoes:
Shoe boxes must be placed inside another shipping box. Returns with labels or stickers directly on the shoe box, or damaged boxes, will be denied.


Processing Time

Please allow 5–10 business days after your return reaches our facility for processing. Once approved, you will receive an email regarding your refund.


Shipping & Delivery Issues

We are not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or items marked delivered. Please file claims directly with USPS or UPS.

Once your order has been shipped and a tracking number has been provided, the package is in the carrier’s possession. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. However, if you experience an issue with delivery, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you. We are not responsible for packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier but stolen from a mailbox or porch. We recommend choosing a secure delivery location.


Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages returned due to incorrect or undeliverable addresses.

Orders cannot be changed, modified, or canceled after checkout (some exceptions may apply).


We reserve the right to limit or deny returns from customers with excessive or suspected fraudulent return activity.
