- Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days (domestic)
- Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days (domestic)

Order Tracking:
- Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package.
Lost or Damaged Items:
- If your order is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us at contact@shopjunly.com within 7 days of delivery so we can help resolve it.
- Once your order has been shipped and a tracking number has been provided, the package is in the carrier’s possession. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. However, if you experience an issue with delivery, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
- We are not responsible for packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier but stolen from a mailbox or porch. We recommend choosing a secure delivery location.
Customs & Duties (International Orders):
- International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes that may apply.
